We are long term Bear Lake enthusiasts and owners of rental property in the area since 2015. We spend our summers at a home we own on the lake and manage property for others also.

Driving Directions
From Salt Lake City Airport
- Open in Maps
- Get on I-80 E from N 3700 W, Crossbar Rd and Terminal Dr
- Head northeast on N Terminal Dr
- Use the left 2 lanes to take the I-80 E ramp to City Center/Ogden/Provo
- Keep left at the fork, follow signs for I-80 E and merge onto I-80 E
- Use the right 2 lanes to take exit 117 toward I-215 N/Ogden
- Keep left at the fork to stay on I-15 N, follow signs for Interstate 15 N/Ogden – Follow I-15 for 37.9 mi
- Take exit 362 for 1100 S St toward US-91/US-89 – Brigham City/Logan Exit
- Keep right at the fork, follow signs for Brigham City/Logan/Perry and merge onto US-91 N/W 1100 S – Stay on Route for 25 mi
- Use any lane to turn slightly left onto Main St/Nibley Rd
- Continue straight to stay on Main St
- Turn right onto US-89 N/E 400 N
- You’ve entered Garden City
From Idaho Falls Airport

Follow I-15 S and US-30 E to US-89 S in Garden City
- Take exit 47 for US-30 E toward I-15 BUS/McCammon/Soda Sprs/Montpeller
- Turn left onto US-30 E
- Turn right onto Washington St
- Keep left to continue on US-89 S/Washington St
- Keep left to continue toward US-89 S
- Slight left onto US-89 S
Checkin & Checkout
Check in begins at 4:00 PM and Checkout ends at 10:00 AM. Accommodations can be available upon request however, please allow us adequate time to accommodate.
Cancellation Policy
We know that things can happen. We offer a 100% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date. 50% refund if canceled at least 14 days before arrival date.
