Welcome to our beautiful townhome! We've gone above and beyond to supply everything to make your vacation spectacular! You’ll love the bright, open concept living/dining/kitchen area where all of your vacationers can gather for meals and entertainment, with a fully stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs. Relax in cozy, designer bedrooms with high-end mattresses, including the stunning master bedroom, 3 additional bedrooms, and bonus room, with 3 bathrooms! Everything is tastefully designed for a unique getaway experience. Ideally located in the heart of Garden City, within walking distance of Raspberry Square dining, shopping, entertainment, gas and grocery. Play on the lake (only 2 blocks away!), the slopes of Beaver Mountain (just a 15 minute drive!), nearby pickleball courts, adventure park, go-karts, beaches and playhouse (all within walking distance or just minutes away). You’ll have access to a one car private garage plus parking for additional vehicles. Multiple adjacent units can be rented, making this location ideal for a group of any size. Bring your family and friends and enjoy making memories together in this prime location!

KITCHEN/DINING:  

Come enjoy our modern kitchen with attached dining that is perfect for families. We have stocked it with plenty of dinnerware and furnished it with top of the line appliances. You will be able to find all of the basic cookware you'll need to cook the delicious meals you want! 

LIVING ROOM:  

The living room is set up to be the perfect place to gather as family or friends. The couch is large and comfortable, and the large TV provides fun access to entertainment. The natural light that comes in through the large windows creates an open, airy feeling and lets you enjoy the mountain views. 

BEDROOMS:  

One bedroom is on the main level with 3 upstairs, plus a bonus bedroom. All bedrooms have easy bathroom access. The master bedroom features large ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet. The main level bedroom has a bathroom just outside its door, and the other upstairs bedrooms share a hallway bathroom. Here is the exact layout of each bedroom for your convenience in planning:

Master Bedroom: King (sleeps 2) 

Upstairs Bedroom 1: Queen (sleeps 2) 

Upstairs Bedroom 2: 2 sets of Twin-over-Full Bunk Bed + Trundle (sleeps 8) 

Main Floor Bedroom: Queen (sleeps 2)

GARAGE AND PARKING: 

You have your own private, single-car garage, and one space in the driveway directly in front of it. Overflow parking is available for additional vehicles, trailers, etc. The abundance of parking allows you to bring all your outdoor toys and trailers and not have to worry about a lack of parking!  

LOCATION:  

You can't beat the location being a short walk to several restaurants and the main grocery store (brand new as of Spring 2021). This home is across the street (2-minute walk) from the city pickleball courts, go-kart track, and just a quick drive away from a new outdoor adventure park. It is walking distance to the city beach, with the most popular beaches being Rendezvous Beach (11 miles away) and North Beach (18 miles away). The Bear Lake Marina is only 1 mile away! Dirt Bikers and ATV enthusiasts have direct access to Cache National Forest trails. Coming during the winter? Beaver Mountain Ski Resort is only 13 miles away. No matter what time of year you come visit us, we are confident you will be surrounded by plenty of activities to keep you busy!

LARGE GROUP ACCOMMODATION:  

One of the unique benefits of this property is the ability to rent multiple townhomes from the complex to fit the needs of your party. If you have a large group, please reach out as we manage all of them and can likely help coordinate the stay for a large group.
