We have intentionally stocked this kitchen with everything you'll need to make your favorite meals while on vacation! Top of the line appliances & the open floor plan make the kitchen and living areas one of the most popular gathering places in our home! 

LIVING ROOM

The living room is set up to be the perfect place to gather as family or friends. The large and comfortable couches provide plenty of seating, and the large Roku TV provides easy access to entertainment. The natural light that comes in through the large windows creates an open and airy feeling, and lets you enjoy the view! 

BEDROOMS: 

We know that you'll be exhausted after spending all day exploring Bear Lake, so we've furnished our bedrooms with high quality mattresses so you can get the rest you need each night!  There is one bedroom on the main floor which has access to the main floor bathroom. The other 3 bedrooms are upstairs. The bunk room has an En Suite bathroom and the other two bedrooms share the other bathroom upstairs. Here is the exact layout of each bedroom for your convenience in planning:

Bedroom #1 – Main Floor: Queen (sleeps 2)

Bedroom #2 – Upstairs: Queen (sleeps 2)

Bedroom #3 – Upstairs: King + Futon (sleeps 3)

Bedroom #4 – Upstairs: 2 sets of Twin-over-Full bunks with trundle (sleeps 8)

GARAGE AND PARKING:


You have your own private, single-car garage, and one space in the driveway directly in front of it. Overflow parking is available for additional vehicles, trailers, etc. The abundance of parking allows you to bring all your outdoor toys and trailers and not have to worry about a lack of parking! 

LOCATION: 


You can't beat the location with this townhome being a short walk to several restaurants and the main grocery store (which is brand new as of Spring 2021). This home is across the street (2-minute walk) from the municipal pool–open during the summer for a small fee–and pickleball courts. It is walking distance to the city beach, but the most popular beaches are Rendezvous Beach (11 miles away) and North Beach (18 miles away).  The Bear Lake Marina is 1 mile away.  Dirt Bikers and ATV enthusiasts have direct access to Cache National Forest trails.  Beaver Mountain is 13 miles away. No matter what time of year you come visit us, we are confident you will be surrounded by plenty of activities to keep you busy! 

LARGE GROUP ACCOMMODATION

One of the unique benefits of this property is the ability to rent multiple townhomes from the complex to fit the needs of your party. If you have a large group, please reach out as we manage all of them and can likely help coordinate the stay for a large group.
