LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!  This newly constructed modern home is in the middle of it all!  Whether you are a sports enthusiast or a person that is looking for a little R & R, Bear Lake Escapes is your vacation destination!  Our location in the center of Garden City is 18 minutes to skiing at Beaver Mountain Ski Resort and within minutes of 500 miles of snow machine and ATV trails in the Cache National Forest, a 52-mile paved bicycle path and 55 miles of mountain bike trails, 3 minutes to Bear Lake State Marina for water sports and beach time and 15 minutes to 2 different golf courses! We are within walking distance to restaurants, unique boutiques and gift shops, grocery stores, spa, coffee shops, Renegade Racetrack, and Heritage Park (location of the famous Raspberry Days celebration, outdoor concerts and fishing pond).  Enjoy all of these things during the day and then enjoy a famous raspberry shake in the evening!

Parking is always an issue in Bear Lake, but you will have plenty of space to park vehicles here! You'll have your own private 2 car garage, with 2 designated spots in the driveway. There is also an overflow parking lot nearby to park any extra vehicles or recreational toys you may bring. 

We know that it is important to know that everyone in your party will have a place to sleep. For your convenience in planning, here is the bed arrangement in each of the rooms:

Master Bedroom: two queen beds (sleeps 4)

Upstairs Bedroom 1: one queen bed (sleeps 2)

Upstairs Bedroom 2: two sets of full-over-queen bunk beds (sleeps 8)

Living Room: Pull out couch bed (sleeps 2)

One of the unique benefits of this property is the ease of renting adjacent units. There are a total of 16 almost identical units in this development and we manage all of them. If you have a large group who wants to stay close together, please reach out to us as we can often accommodate large groups!
