KITCHEN/DINING

Come enjoy our fully stocked kitchen that is perfect for families. We have furnished it with top of the line appliances and stocked it with plenty of dinnerware and appliances for a family, and a propane grill. You will be able to find all of the basic cookware that you'll need, and will have plenty of room in the spacious kitchen to cook all the delicious meals that you want! 

LIVING ROOM
: 

The living room is set up to be the perfect place to gather as family or friends. The large and comfortable couch & loveseat provide plenty of seating, and the 55-inch ultra-high-definition TV provides easy access to entertainment. The blue decor creates the perfect beach feel as you relax and enjoy your time away from home! 

BEDROOMS: 

Each of the three bedrooms are on the 2nd floor and are set up to sleep the maximum number of people. The master bedroom features a large en suite bathroom and large closet and a 50" flat screen TV with all your favorite streaming services. The other two bedrooms share the other upstairs bathroom, and there is a half-bath conveniently located on the first floor. Here is the exact layout of each bedroom for your convenience in planning:

Master Bedroom: King sized bed, futon (sleeps 3)

Bedroom 1: queen, twin-over-full bunk bed, trundle (sleeps 6)

Bedroom 2: twin xl-over-queen bunk bed (sleeps 3)

GARAGE AND PARKING:


Two cars can park in the garage and two more vehicles in the driveway. Overflow parking is available for additional vehicles, trailers, etc. The garage is 23’ wide x 19’ deep with a 78-inch clearance height. The abundance of parking allows you to bring all your outdoor toys and trailers and not have to worry about a lack of parking! 

LOCATION: 


You can't beat the location with this townhome being a short walk to several restaurants and the main grocery store (which is brand new as of Spring 2021). This home is across the street (2-minute walk) from the city pickleball courts. It is walking distance to the city beach, but the most popular beaches are Rendezvous Beach (11 miles away) and North Beach (18 miles away).  The Bear Lake Marina is 1 mile away.  Dirt Bikers and ATV enthusiasts have direct access to Cache National Forest trails.  Beaver Mountain is 13 miles away. No matter what time of year you come visit us, we are confident you will be surrounded by plenty of activities to keep you busy!

New upgraded WiFi has addressed the concerns that were rightfully voiced by our guests last summer. As April 2021, these units have quadruple the bandwidth as they did the previous summer!

One of the unique benefits of this property is the ability to rent multiple townhomes from the complex to fit the needs of your party. If you have a large group, please reach out as we manage all of them and can likely help coordinate the stay for a large group.
