Be among the first to stay at our brand new home! This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home features an open living area that comfortably accommodates a group of up to 10. Everything about this home–from the stainless steel appliances to the white cabinets, from the wood flooring to the crisp bedding–make it feel clean and modern. Enjoy our fully stocked kitchen that provides you with all of the cooking utensils, appliances & bakeware to make all of your favorite dishes. Relax together in the evenings on our comfortable couches, enjoy the view of the lake from our back patio, or cuddle up and watch your favorite movie. Whatever it is that you are looking for in your next Bear Lake vacation, we've set up our home so that you can find it here!

Being in a development called Lochwood, there are many amenities that come with this home that make it an awesome place to stay and create memories. You'll have access to the community pool, hot tub, clubhouse, pool table, playground and common area! (Amenities are open Memorial Day – Labor Day. Pool & Hot Tub closed from Sept-May!). Whether you want to send the kids to the pool during the day, or want to take a quick dip in the hot tub to warm up after a long day on the lake, we know you'll love the amenities that come with this home.

You are within walking distance to the Utah Marina, and right across the street from the brand new grocery store (opened Spring 2021). The Little House on the Lake is a quick 2 minute drive to the heart of Garden City, where you can enjoy all of the delicious raspberry shakes and local restaurants the city has to offer.
