This brand new home in The Reserve has plenty of space for up to 32 guests, and is everything you could possibly ask for! The Reserve is one of Bear Lake's finest resorts, providing their guests with access to a private beach, pool, hot tub, tennis court, basketball court, pickleball court and clubhouse. You will find yourself only a few miles from Fish Haven Canyon, with hundreds of miles of trails for ATVs, hikers or bikers. Beaver Mountain Ski Resort is a quick 25 minute drive away. No matter what time of year you come, and no matter who is in your group, we know that you'll love everything about your vacation in this home!

But, we aren't sure if you will love the easy access to all of these amazing outdoor adventures or this beautiful home more. Each of the 7 bedrooms is beautifully decorated, and comfortably sleeps 32 people in beds.The main floor has huge windows, providing a breathtaking view of the lake. Grab a cup of coffee or make some steaming pancakes in the gourmet kitchen, and take it out to the large deck to watch the sunrise each morning. The tranquility can't be beat! With 2 gas ranges (for a total of 12 burners), 2 dishwashers and 2 fridge/freezers, you'll have plenty of space and cook all of your favorite meals. We have 3 large gathering areas (one on each level), letting you get together in one space with everyone, or send the kids downstairs to be kids while letting the adults catch up with each other in the main living space.
