It is “oh-so-close” to the many restaurants, stores, boutiques, and coffee shops that Garden City has to offer, making it a home base that everyone can agree on!

Enjoy the homeyness of hardwood floors, plush carpet, knotty pine board and batten, and granite counter tops. The six bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms make it easy to relax when you finally get away from everyday life and have space to breathe. Look more closely. You will find a fully equipped kitchen with an adjacent dining area, a small basement kitchenette, a dedicated workspace, a main floor laundry room, a main floor living area, and a basement family area.  Don’t forget WiFi internet access! Rounding out this package is a patio–with a smoker and gas grill so you can enjoy dining outside in those sweet Garden City evenings among the mature trees surrounding this lakeside gem.

With access to the community clubhouse, guests can enjoy a seasonal swimming pool (open Memorial Day – Labor Day), billiards, an air hockey table, and a fitness center. Take a break from the lake with a more quiet day at the pool, or take a quick dip in the hot tub to warm up after a long day on the lake or on the surrounding trails. Take advantage of the miles of nearby ATV trails in summer and winter on a 4-wheeler, UTV, or snowmobile.
