It is fully furnished with all new amenities to guarantee your stay is comfortable and convenient. Located in the center of Garden City there is a vast variety of dining, shopping, and entertainment. Spend a day on the lake, just 2 blocks away or spend a day on the slopes at Beaver Mountain ski resort. Bring your family and enjoy making memories together in this prime location.

KITCHEN/DINING
:
Come enjoy our fully stocked kitchen that is perfect for families. We have furnished it with top of the line appliances and stocked it with plenty of dinnerware and appliances for a family. You will be able to find all of the basic cookware that you'll need, and will have plenty of room in the spacious kitchen to cook all the delicious meals that you want!

LIVING ROOM
:
The living room is set up to be the perfect place to gather as family or friends. The large and comfortable couches provide plenty of seating, and the 55-inch ultra-high-definition TV provides easy access to entertainment. The natural light that comes in through the large windows creates an open and airy feeling, and lets you enjoy the view!

BEDROOMS:
Three of the four bedrooms are on the 2nd floor and are set up to be comfortable! The master bedroom features a large en suite bathroom and large closet. The other two upstairs bedrooms and bonus room share the other upstairs bathroom. The bedroom on the main floor has easy access to the bathroom on that floor. Here is the exact layout of each bedroom for your convenience in planning:

GARAGE AND PARKING:

You have your own private, single-car garage, and one space in the driveway directly in front of it. Overflow parking is available for additional vehicles, trailers, etc. The abundance of parking allows you to bring all your outdoor toys and trailers and not have to worry about a lack of parking!

LOCATION:

You can't beat the location with this townhome being a short walk to several restaurants and the main grocery store (which is brand new as of Spring 2021). This home is across the street (2-minute walk) from the municipal pool--open during the summer for a small fee--and pickleball courts. It is walking distance to the city beach, but the most popular beaches are Rendezvous Beach (11 miles away) and North Beach (18 miles away).  The Bear Lake Marina is 1 mile away.  Dirt Bikers and ATV enthusiasts have direct access to Cache National Forest trails.  Beaver Mountain is 13 miles away. No matter what time of year you come visit us, we are confident you will be surrounded by plenty of activities to keep you busy!

The home was simple and cleanly and nicely decorated. It’s attached to the Units nearby so you deal with Moses from other units and have to be careful about the noise from yours. It’s great for a place to sleep but not really a great place to hang out at. It has a very small family room and kitchen area and the furniture is small and doesn’t fit very many. The beds were comfortable and it was nice though. However, the host could use a little help in offering higher level of customer service. Our group was traveling through from our vacation in Yellowstone and decided last minute that we wanted to have a full day on our last day so we wanted to break up the drive home and stay in bear lake so we asked the host if he would be willing to make an exception for us to stay one night there even though they have a 2 night minimum and he was very nice to make an exception. However, the next morning when we were all exhausted from getting in late and hoping to take our time leaving, I messaged him on Airbnb and asked if we could check out a little later. He never responded and after an hour waiting and with checkout being very soon, I finally found his phone number and texted him and asked. I thought it wouldn’t hurt to ask and if it’s not possible than we would hurry and get out but I wouldn’t know unless I asked. His response was very rude and off-putting and I was taken back for sure - he said “The cleaners will be there in 19 minutes. We made an exception to allow you to do a one night stay, but more guests are arriving this afternoon so we need to get our cleaners in there at the normal 10am cleaning time.” What that says to me is that you are allowed one accommodation or nice offer from him and anything else and you will be treated as if you should not have asked for a second thing. In my opinion, that is not very great service and after paying over $700 to stay for less than 12 hours, I definitely think I should have been treated better. A simple “no” would have sufficed or just the explanation that they needed the full time to clean would have been fine. He definitely needs to step it up in the customer service department if he wants this place to feel like a top quality, first-class accommodation.

We had a great time here! Very clean and new. Very close to all the popular places on Main Street. We could walk to get shakes in 10 minutes or less. Huge bonus was having 3 full bathrooms that made it all so easy to get in and out for our days adventure. There is a lot of construction going on around the units but because we weren’t there most of the day it wasn’t too much of a bother. We would definitely stay here again

This spot was perfect for our family get-a-way. Our fist time to bear lake and it is such an amazing place. We had fun walking to some of the shops very close by, and we rented the 4-person cycle to ride along the bike path.

The place was great... it is really brand new. The only downside was there was no grass.. as a new construction this is probably normal, but this was not really disclosed in the add. Also parking with a boat was somewhat challenging... But overall we had a great time!

Beautiful condo. Great floor plan for a family. Lots of beds. Kitchen is fully stocked. Brand new. The only negative comment I have is the pool is just the community pool. But who goes to Bear Lake to sit in the pool:) This is within walking distance of the most popular restaurants in Bear Lake. We drove to nearby North Beach on the Idaho side, our favorite public beach. Wish they had beach towels because they are hard to pack. But its a great place to stay with our adult kids. Love Bear Lake and of course we went to Pickleville Theatre and got a shake from Zipz!

We had a great stay! A few hiccups with check in as a digit was missing in the email for the address and the garage entrance code. The landscape is not completed as it is brand spankin’ new. The only thing that I misunderstood from the listing was I thought that condos had a pool, but the pool mentioned in the ad is a local indoor community pool that has a entrance fee. Other that that, we enjoyed our stay!

We just rented this cute townhouse located in the heart of Garden City! It was brand spanking new and very comfortable for our small crowd. Listing says pool, however it’s just close to the community pool that’s $3-5 dollars to swim at, not part of the townhouse community. Overall I would stay here again.
