There are many beautiful places to rent here in Bear Lake, but what Spinnaker Point provides as a place for your family to call home base is truly unique. In addition to the 2,200 sq. ft. luxury remodeled towhhome space, you'll have so many more amenities that will make your vacation unforgettable. Being a beach front property, you'll have easy and private access (shared with only 5 other properties) to the lake. There is a brand new 80 foot dock that extends out into the lake, which provides an easy place to dock your boat/jet skis (the water level is constantly changing--dock at your own risk). The 2/3rd acre of lawn provides the perfect place for kids to run around and play yard games. The fire pit is a great place to gather in the evenings and roast s'mores. In addition to being right on the lake, you are also within walking distance to all of the restaurants, shake shops, and stores in Garden City. The location of this condo is truly unbeatable.
The townhome itself has 2 levels of private decks, providing a comfortable place to enjoy the breathtaking views of the lake. The BBQ grill and outdoor seating make the decks the perfect place to enjoy a delicious meal together. The large windows and sliding doors provide an easy view of the lake from anywhere within the home. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you might need. The living space is bright and spacious, perfect for gathering together in the evenings. The TV is a 65" Samsung with built in ability to AirPlay whatever you're watching on your phone direct to the TV. You will love the ability to play videos or pictures they took throughout the day to the TV as they gather in the evenings or to pull up their own Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Hulu, etc. account and easily cast it to the TV. A significant problem with many properties at Bear Lake is parking. Not here! In addition to the garage you have 6 parking spots (three double deep spots so you can leave the boat or trailer hooked to your vehicle if desired).

This place can’t be beat! Beautifully decorated, ample space for a large group and kitchen fully stocked with everything you need to prepare large meals. The view is breathtaking. Each room has a patio to enjoy the views. Large grass area to play yard games. Firepit and play ground for younger kids. Close to groceries, coffee, restaurants and shakes! Spotless. Everyone had an amazing time!
An awesome home in Garden City- well appointed and right on the lake. We had a lovely time and the host was helpful and responsive.
We visited for our family reunion and it was great. Lots of beds and outdoor space. It was the perfect location to access the lake and we had a lot of room to play games and hang out on the lawn. The kitchen was well stocked with all the tools that we needed to cook with. We all had a great time.

Floors were absolutely filthy when we first arrived. Fridge deli door was busted. When we arrived it was over 85 degrees in the house and it took hours to cool down. The manual for the house says there is AC but there is not. Nobody got good sleep even with the windows open at night to create a cross breeze. Many of the dishes had to be rewashed before we used them as there was crud all over them. Very poor craftsmanship of the house in general. Many things just falling apart. The grill was very cheap and so dirty. Didn't have a grill brush and had to borrow from the neighbors. Talk about skimping on necessities. Toilet paper was like gift wrap tissue paper. No conditioner just shampoo. Why? So I have to remember to bring one and not the other. Quit trying to save a buck. In the living room and dinning room every seat is so squished so that when people are actually using the seat no one else can go get in and out. The kitchen barstools are absolute trash. Anytime someone tries to sit on them whether adult or child the stool wants to flip out from under them. It happened more than a couple times. Some of the screens had holes in them and other windows didn't have screens so you couldn't open those windows to try and cool down unless you love the plethora of bugs in the house. We found 2 brown recluse spiders in the basement bathroom. I know there was more but I can't remember them all now. It's clear the property management company doesn't care about this property by not hiring maid service, handyman service, pest control service and flat out just not buy nicer things for the unit.
So fun to be right on the beach, our family enjoyed the outdoor space. Having no AC can be pretty rough though if it’s hot.
You won't find a better closeup view of Bear Lake view in the backyard than with this townhome. Water access is also just a short walk in the backyard, complete with a metal platform extending into the water. This is actually one of three townhomes in the same building complex, so you may have separate visitors to deal with next door during your stay. Garden City restaurants are a short walk (or drive) away. The unit is well stocked for large groups and Matthew was prompt in fixing a bunkbed problem we encountered. The unit was well stocked. Only downside is this townhome has no air conditioning and during a two-day record hot spell, it was very uncomfortable there. Once temperatures dropped, the fans worked well.
This was a very nice and clean place to stay. There was a lot of space and beds for my big family. I loved that it was right on the water and the back yard was huge. It was close to everything! The stairs made me a bit worried for my 3 year olds but they didn’t end up falling so that worked out well! I loved that each room had its own heating system so no matter where you were you were able to make the temperature exactly what you wanted without affecting everyone else. The kids room upstairs was great. Overall a great stay
Awesome place! Clean house with a lot of space. The location was perfect! I was also surprised by how well stocked the kitchen was. I hope to be back!
The townhome is recently updated and remodeled. Right in Bear Lake and near the marina. Room for parking your boat and several cars. Cleanliness was not up to par but was remedied promptly when manager was notified. Overall great place to stay!

It was a very nice place to stay, I had 13 people and they were all able to sleep in beds. I do wish that it had a dock to keep my boat overnight but, we really enjoyed our stay.
Lovely, newly designed and updated property. Clean, great location on the water, close to town resources, food, grocery etc... You will be sharing with back yard with others nearby. We lucked out and had very nice neighbors. We had a lot of fun and Kambrie was very responsive to all of our questions.
I always get so nervous to rent these home away rentals. I have had bad luck with some. But not with this one! Booking it was simple, owners were very east to work with and prompt in responding to all my questions. So happy with the cleanliness and remodel of this location. I usually feel like I have to always wear shoes at rental locations all the time because of not feeling clean or having dirty carpet, etc.... I felt very comfortable to take off my shoes and not stress about anything. Tile mostly throughout the house and looked like brand new carpet! I wasn't a fan of the beach...it was so rocky and so much junk everywhere, not garbage, just broken down stuff. But I did love how close it was to the water so my family was able to get on and off the boat from this location without having to load and unload the boat throughout the day. We also loved the camp fire location right on the beach next to the water. It would be amazing if they could clean the beach up and have a working dock to use for watercraft. We loved having the grassy area and was looking forward to playing lots of games on it, but it was so covered in poop none of my girls wanted to do anything on it. Kitchen is stocked pretty well with all of the items needed to eat for large amount of people. Just not very stocked for cooking for large numbers of people. I was told there was air conditioning but there is none. But there are fans everywhere in the house! Which was amazing! I know this seems like a mixed review, but we loved our stay and would love to stay here again. Just trying to make suggestions as a renter for improvements to make it an amazing place to stay. Thanks so much!!!
The overall stay was excellent. The location cannot be beat for those staying at Bear Lake -- especially if you want to have direct access to the lake. There is plenty of plates, cups, and utensils but otherwise the kitchen supplies could use a bit of an upgrade -- plan on bringing your own pots/pans, serving dishes, etc. if you plan on cooking.
