Come enjoy our newly constructed townhome (construction finished in 2019) in the heart of Garden City. The prime location puts you close to all of the attractions and restaurants in Garden City. The fact that this is an end unit gives you more privacy and natural light, and provides a beautiful view of the mountains, with a few sneak peeks of the lake!
KITCHEN / DINING
We have created a fully equipped, family-friendly kitchen that includes everything you need: Electric Griddle, Crockpot, Coffee Maker, Toaster, Blender, All Kitchenware, etc., plus an outdoor BBQ grill in garage. A high chair is included.
LIVING ROOM (Sleeps 2)
Two large, comfortable leather sofas and ottoman. One sofa has a fold out Queen Hide-A-Bed that is a "real” mattress, meaning is is significantly more comfortable that most other pull out couches. This room features a large screen UHD Smart TV that has free TV channels + the ability to to cast Netflix/Disney+/Hulu/etc from your own smart device.
BEDROOMS (8 Beds, Sleeps 15 in Beds)
We've furnished each of the 3 bedrooms with top of the line mattresses and designed them to be family friendly. Below is a description of each bedroom:
Master Bedroom (sleeps 4+): King sized bed, with a Queen sized pull out couch (extra comfortable mattress) with a UDH Smart TV mounted on the wall. The en suite bathroom is spacious and the closet has a Pack-n-Play and 3 additional futon sleeping pads.
Upstairs Bedroom #2 (sleeps 6): Queen size bed & full-over-full bunk bed.
Upstairs Bedroom #3 (sleeps 4): Twin XL-over-queen bunk bed & twin sized floor cot
Living Room: pull out couch (sleeps 1-2)
2 and ½ Baths. All spacious and family friendly. The half bath is on the main floor. The master has an en suite and the other 2 bedrooms share the other full bathroom.
Laundry: Washer & Dryer, Ironing Board, Iron, Laundry Detergent & Dryer Sheets.
PARKING (4 vehicles plus overflow)
Two cars can park in the garage and two vehicles in the driveway. Overflow parking is available for additional vehicles, UTV/ATV/Boat Trailers, etc.
Convenient to everything. Short walk to several restaurants and the grocery store. The Indoor Municipal Pool and Outdoor Pickleball Courts are directly across the street from your front door. The Bike Path and the City Beach are a short easy walk. Bear Lake Marina is only 1 mile to the North. Direct access to ATV/UTV Cache Forest Trails. Beaver Mountain Ski Resort is only 13 miles away.
LARGE GROUP ACCOMMODATIONS
One of the unique benefits of this property is the ability to combine properties to fit the needs of your party. There are multiple townhomes at the same location. If you have a large group, please reach out to us as we can often accommodate large groups! Our centralized management of the development makes it easy to customize reservations to fit the needs of your group!
**Note: As of January 1, 2021 there is periodic construction to the east of the townhomes during the day that may be a bother to some guests**

Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If the reservation is cancelled 30 to 14 days before check-in, 50% of the total payment will be refunded.
50% of the total fee is required at the time of booking. The remaining 50% is due 14 days before arrival

We LOVED our stay! Felt truly like our home-away-from-home. Everything was clean and pretty fresh, it is a demo unit for their other townhomes. Very comfortable and we would definitely come back.

This was a great place to stay! Had a lot of room and and everything we needed. It was a great location being in walking distance to all of the shops in Garden City, with close access to the lake. I would recommend this place to anyone!

This was a great place to stay! It was only a short walking distance to restaurants, the park, raspberry shakes, etc. And just a short drive to the lake. It was clean and well maintained and comfortable.
We enjoyed our stay in Garden City; perfect location for visiting Bear Lake and Kemmerer. A few things: the upstairs bedrooms were a little stuffy at night. Rooms were smaller than we expected, except for the master bedroom; it was tight fit for our group of 16 - but it is a town home after all. We would need a larger rental next time. Lots of bedding and towels available. Overall, a good value for the price.

This place is brand new and in perfect condition. Some of the kinks like the internet and ants have been worked out. We really enjoyed staying here!
The place was great... it is really brand new. The only downside was there was no grass.. as a new construction this is probably normal, but this was not really disclosed in the add. Also parking with a boat was somewhat challenging... But overall we had a great time!
Beautiful condo. Great floor plan for a family. Lots of beds. Kitchen is fully stocked. Brand new. The only negative comment I have is the pool is just the community pool. But who goes to Bear Lake to sit in the pool:) This is within walking distance of the most popular restaurants in Bear Lake. We drove to nearby North Beach on the Idaho side, our favorite public beach. Wish they had beach towels because they are hard to pack. But its a great place to stay with our adult kids. Love Bear Lake and of course we went to Pickleville Theatre and got a shake from Zipz!
We had a great stay! A few hiccups with check in as a digit was missing in the email for the address and the garage entrance code. The landscape is not completed as it is brand spankin’ new. The only thing that I misunderstood from the listing was I thought that condos had a pool, but the pool mentioned in the ad is a local indoor community pool that has a entrance fee. Other that that, we enjoyed our stay!
This town home was really nice. It had a great layout. Our biggest complaint is that it just didn't seem ready for tenants yet. While we were there they had to have somebody come in to do something on the thermostat and the internet. At the time they didn't have any hangers in any of the closets and not very many garbage cans in places that would make sense. It's a great little place and the property managers are good with communication. With the internet change, it made it so that we couldn't easily get back on to Netflix and other things like that so there were some frustration, but I don't think that's something that will continue as the place gets set up. There was a lot of construction going on around the town home as these are new units and so you would hear squeaky tractors at 7 a.m. When I voiced some of my concerns about this they did bring hangers, but didn't respond when I sent them a text at the end just telling them some of our concerns.
We just rented this cute townhouse located in the heart of Garden City! It was brand spanking new and very comfortable for our small crowd. Listing says pool, however it’s just close to the community pool that’s $3-5 dollars to swim at, not part of the townhouse community. Overall I would stay here again.
Nice place but was filled with ants and other bugs... the family gave us bug spray to try and fix the problem.. the main bedroom shower didn’t work... we mentioned it to the family with no reply
