Bear Lake Escapes was built in 2019, which means that you know you will be arriving in a beautiful home that has top of the line amenities. You can't top the location, and the spacious living space and fully stocked kitchen make this home the perfect place for your vacation. Each of the 3 bedrooms are spacious and furnished with top of the line furniture and bedding, which enables you to go out and play hard during the day, and then come home and sleep well at night!
We know that parking is always an issue in Bear Lake, but you will have plenty of space to park vehicles here! You'll have your own private 2 car garage, with 2 designated spots in the driveway. There is also an overflow parking lot nearby to park any extra vehicles you may bring.
Located in the heart of Garden City, this home puts you in the best place to make memories with family and friends while on your vacation. The Utah Marina is only a few miles away, the public pool and pickeball courts are across the street, there are many points of beach access within a 15 minute drive, the new grocery store is a 3 minute drive away, and you are within walking distance of almost all of the restaurants and shops. Enjoy all of these things during the day, and then walk only 2 blocks in to enjoy a famous raspberry shake in the evening!
We know that it is important to know that everyone in your party will have a place to sleep. For your convenience in planning, here is the bed arrangement in each of the rooms:
Master Bedroom (sleeps 5): King sized bed, futon, roll away twin mattress, twin sized floor mattress
Upstairs Bedroom 1 (sleeps 6): Queen sized bed & twin-over-full bunk bed set with a twin sized trundle bed
Upstairs Bedroom 2 (sleeps 3): Twin XL-over-queen bunk bed set
Living Room (sleeps 2-4): 2 couches that fold down into a bed
One of the unique benefits of this property is the ease of renting adjacent units. There are a total of 16 almost identical units in this development and we manage all of them. If you have a large group who wants to stay close together, please reach out to us as we can often accommodate large groups!
The Garden City Community Pool is located directly across the street from Bear Lake Escapes Townhomes and is available throughout the summer for a small fee.
**Note: As of January 1, 2021 there is periodic construction to the east of the townhomes during the day that may be a bother to some guests**

Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If the reservation is cancelled 30 to 14 days before check-in, 50% of the total payment will be refunded.
50% of the total fee is required at the time of booking. The remaining 50% is due 14 days before arrival

Fue una excelente experiencia, la casa es relativamente nueva, las habitaciones son comodas y pueden dormir, por lo menos, 10 personas comodamente. el garage es para 2 carros, pero tambien puedes estacionar otros afuera del garage.
Great place to stay with the family! Close to everything. Clean and comfortable.
We had a great stay. There were 3 families for a total of 13 people. It was perfect for us all. Each family took a room and the older kids slept on the fold out couches in the living room. The owner was quick to reply to give us directions (it's so new, the street isn't on any of the maps yet). The only complaint we have is the kitchen. The oven door was broken and held with a bungee cord. It wouldn't pre-heat unless someone was holding the door firmly shut. And other condos I've stayed at, at least had salt and pepper, not this one, so come prepared. Would I stay here again? Yes, if I knew the oven door was repaired and in working order.
It was very nice to have so many sleeping options. Even though there was only one tv, the WiFi was powerful enough for everyone to do whatever they wanted. It was also great to have access to the garage where we could secure our water toys. I would love to stay here again.
Beautiful condo. Great floor plan for a family. Lots of beds. Kitchen is fully stocked. Brand new. The only negative comment I have is the pool is just the community pool. But who goes to Bear Lake to sit in the pool:) This is within walking distance of the most popular restaurants in Bear Lake. We drove to nearby North Beach on the Idaho side, our favorite public beach. Wish they had beach towels because they are hard to pack. But its a great place to stay with our adult kids. Love Bear Lake and of course we went to Pickleville Theatre and got a shake from Zipz!
We had a great stay! A few hiccups with check in as a digit was missing in the email for the address and the garage entrance code. The landscape is not completed as it is brand spankin’ new. The only thing that I misunderstood from the listing was I thought that condos had a pool, but the pool mentioned in the ad is a local indoor community pool that has a entrance fee. Other that that, we enjoyed our stay!
We really enjoyed this property. It is new, clean and the property manager was great.
We just rented this cute townhouse located in the heart of Garden City! It was brand spanking new and very comfortable for our small crowd. Listing says pool, however it’s just close to the community pool that’s $3-5 dollars to swim at, not part of the townhouse community. Overall I would stay here again.
