Bear Lake Escapes was built in 2019, which means that you know you will be arriving in a beautiful home that has top of the line amenities. You can't top the location, and the spacious living space and fully stocked kitchen make this home the perfect place for your vacation. Each of the 3 bedrooms are spacious and furnished with top of the line furniture and bedding, which enables you to go out and play hard during the day, and then come home and sleep well at night!
We know that parking is always an issue in Bear Lake, but you will have plenty of space to park vehicles here! You'll have your own private 2 car garage, with 2 designated spots in the driveway. There is also an overflow parking lot nearby to park any extra vehicles you may bring.
Located in the heart of Garden City, this home puts you in the best place to make memories with family and friends while on your vacation. The Utah Marina is only a couple miles away, the public pool and pickeball courts are across the street, there are many points of beach access within a 15 minute drive, the new grocery store is a 3 minute drive away, and you are within walking distance of almost all of the restaurants and shops. Enjoy all of these things during the day, and then walk only 2 blocks in to enjoy a famous raspberry shake in the evening!
We know that it is important to know that everyone in your party will have a place to sleep. For your convenience in planning, here is the bed arrangement in each of the rooms:
Master: King, Futon (sleeps 4)
Upstairs Bedroom 1: queen (sleeps 2)
Upstairs Bedroom 2: two sets of twin-over-twin bunks, each with a trundle (sleeps 6)
Living Room: pull out couch (sleeps 2)
One of the unique benefits of this property is the ease of renting adjacent units. There are a total of 16 almost identical units in this development and we manage all of them. If you have a large group who wants to stay close together, please reach out to us as we can often accommodate large groups!
The Garden City Community Pool is located directly across the street from Bear Lake Escapes Townhomes and is available throughout the summer for a small fee.
**Note: As of January 1, 2021 there is periodic construction to the east of the townhomes during the day that may be a bother to some guests**

Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If the reservation is cancelled 30 to 14 days before check-in, 50% of the total payment will be refunded.

A beautiful, new property that was perfect for our program's annual retreat! Sparkling clean, plenty of clean linens, spacious, and exactly as described. Matthew was a great host and was very clear with check-in, driving directions, parking, and property expectations. Location was unbeatable!

We enjoyed our stay at the condo in Bear Lake. The condo had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The only thing I would have liked would have been a grill. We were hoping to BBQ some steaks for dinner. The photos showed a grill. I know the description said the photos were stock photos so I'd hoped that that there would be a BBQ. The location was close to the downtown area of Garden City and we were able to walk to get one of the famous raspberry shakes!
This is a great property. It is clean and lots of room and close to the Lake and the town. Just a few issues. The garage is not long enough to fit a truck. There is also really no where to park a boat. Also this property is so new that it doesn't come up on google maps. So a few directions with the check in information would be helpful. Also Just FYI the fridge makes a weird sound often.
It was a great location, good layout and size, we had 12 people. Wish the “queen” isn’t the bunk bedroom was more adequate but we made it work. Loved our stay
Everything was great about this property. It's brand new and very clean. We didn't realize the property didn't have a pool. It said communal pool, so we took that to mean a pool for the condo community. Instead, there is a public pool across the street that you can pay to get into. It is within walking distance to Bear Lake Blvd. so you can easily walk to get groceries, shakes etc. Great location. The outdoor space isn't completed yet. We're excited to come back when pickleball courts are done across the street. There are 2 bedrooms for adults, and 6 beds in the kids room so it's a good place for a large family or 2 small families.
The home was very nice! The check in/out process was very easy. Depending on your group, this could be the perfect place for you! The listing said there were 3 bedrooms: one with a king bed and the other two with at least a queen each. We had 3 couples so this set up would have been ideal. Unfortunately, one of the bedrooms only had 2 sets of bunk beds, no queen, so one of the couples had to sleep in different beds. Definitely disappointing! Especially since, on the listing, there were 3 pictures of bedrooms. Looking through them quickly, we didn’t realize 2 of the pictures were of the master at different angles and there were no pictures of the third bedroom with the bunk beds. Very misleading! We enjoyed every other aspect though!
We really enjoyed this property. It is new, clean and the property manager was great.
This town house was great! Brand new and very clean with modern and high end amenities. It’s walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and the beach when the lake isn’t quite so high. We will definitely be returning!
