How To Fill Your Time in the Winter in Bear Lake
Nobody wonders what to do in Bear Lake in the summer. But what about the winter? If you’ve never visited the Winter Wonderland that is Bear Lake during the winter, then you need to add it to your plans for this coming winter! Here are some of our favorite things to do when its cold outside.
Ski the Beav
Beaver Mountain Ski Resort is one of the biggest hidden gems of the valley. With an all day pass for an adult being only $60, it is the perfect place to bring the entire family, or to finally get around to teaching your kids! #SkiTheBeav!
Snowmobile
The Bear Lake valley and its surrounding mountain ranges have over 350 miles of groomed snowmobile trails and wide open play areas with no crowds and no fences! You may even catch a glimpse of a wintering elk or moose! Click the link for trail maps.
Fat Tire Biking
Have you ever been on a fat tire bike? It is a fantastic way to explore the lake in the winter. Rent a fat tire bike from any of the local companies & enjoy one of the many popular biking trails around Bear Lake.
Sledding & Tubing
Just a few miles into the Logan Canyon, The Sinks are one of the best places to go sledding or tubing. The best part: the hill is super long to sled down. The worst part: the hill is super long to hike back up!
